  MODERN INSPECTION TOOLS

Thermographic inspection, carried out with an infrared camera, is a powerful diagnostic tool for preventive maintenance, capable of detecting anomalies that are inaccessible to human vision. It is a non-intrusive and non-destructive method for examining both residential homes and commercial buildings.

Advantages of Thermography

This technique can identify thermal losses in walls and ceilings, air leaks at windows, thermal bridges, inconsistencies in insulation, as well as water infiltration problems at the level of roofs and the building envelope.

Thermography also allows for detecting problems with mechanical equipment before they lead to a breakdown, as well as for monitoring live electrical installations, all without direct contact.

Using an infrared camera eliminates the need to drill holes in walls or dismantle mechanical equipment to find the source of a problem.

Thermographic inspection is carried out by a certified thermographer. After the inspection, the thermographer will provide a detailed report to the client, usually within 24 to 48 hours following the inspection.
